Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.95 — FREE on orders over $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.95
We ship from our domestic fulfillment center for the fastest possible delivery. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it still hasn't shown up, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll do our best to help. Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
Address Changes
We can only modify an address if the order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you need to make a change.
