60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every product. If you're not in love with your results within 60 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping is non-refundable). You may keep or dispose of the product — no need to ship it back in most cases.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@youglowgirl.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
- Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Original order number is required.
- Limit one money-back guarantee per household.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it free of charge.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, request a refund and place a new order.
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
